Payment & Cancellation

What is the payment policy?

Full payment of $300 per person is due at the time of booking. There is no deposit option; your payment confirms and secures your space in the retreat.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the event receive a full refund. Please allow up to 3 business days for the transfer to process. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event start time will be refunded at 70% of the total amount.

What’s the group size and who is this for?

Group size is limited to 20 participants to keep the space intimate and supportive. This retreat is ideal for individuals seeking nervous system support, stress relief, and somatic tools in a nature-based, grounded environment.

What should I bring?

After registering, you’ll receive an email with a suggested packing list, including comfortable clothing for movement, layers for outdoor time, swimwear for the cold plunge, and any personal items you need for comfort and reflection.
